Most of are doing the Atkins low carb diet but some of us are using a modified version. It really doesn't matter as long
as we find a method that works and can become a way of life (WOL) and a way of eating (WOE) and helps us to gain healthy behaviors.
By using the Atkins diet you have the benifit of dietary ketosis and this helps with curbing your appetite while you get
used to eating healthier. We share our happies and our sads. It is a place where you can vent without rebuff and have the
